Location: Remote Role- can be located throughout the US (Travel will be required for this position and must be located near a major airport)

What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities


  • Architect Collaborative Solutions: Design and manage advanced SharePoint sites to enhance organizational communication and document management.
  • Lead Digital Transformation Initiatives: Spearhead the digitization of inspection processes using cutting-edge technology to optimize accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Optimize Vendor Management: Develop centralized systems to streamline vendor performance tracking, procurement, and communication.
  • Implement Operational Excellence: Establish standardized workflows and best practices utilizing tools like Smartsheet to elevate cross-departmental efficiency.
  • Deliver Strategic Insights: Create and manage data-driven reporting mechanisms, providing actionable insights for executive decision-making.
  • Monitor and Refine Performance Metrics: Leverage software solutions to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Enhance Customer Solutions: Lead efforts to integrate and standardize call center systems, ensuring seamless operations and improved customer experiences.
  • Document and Institutionalize Processes: Develop comprehensive documentation for all implemented processes to ensure scalability and sustainability.
  • Collaborate and Influence: Engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to gather requirements, communicate updates, and drive alignment on strategic initiatives.


What You Bring to the Table


  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in business process improvement, maintenance, facilities, or construction management.
  • Proven expertise in leveraging SharePoint, Smartsheet, and data analysis tools for organizational optimization.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex projects independently and collaboratively.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel when necessary.
