Pay & Shift Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 5:30 PM | $20/hr
• 2nd Shift: 6:00 PM - 5:30 AM | $20/hr

Responsibilities:

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Set up equipment and weld metal parts using gas and arc welding techniques.
• Use cutting torches and carbon air torches for structural assembly.
• Perform structural welds and pass performance certification tests.
• Properly dispose of waste and adhere to company standards.
• Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team.

What We're Looking For:

• 2-4 years of welding experience, particularly in structural steel fabrication.
• Demonstrated ability to perform structural weld tests and certifications.
• Proficiency with gas and arc welding processes, including use of cutting and carbon air torches.
• Ability to read blueprints and execute high-quality welds.
• Strong focus on safety and attention to detail.
