Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Staff reception desk and greet visitors
• Complete quotes for parts and standard products
• Process credit card orders
• Provide support to the outside sales team with quotes, questions, and logistics

Qualifications:

• 2 years of relevant customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills
