Printing Supervisor

Salary: $60K - $65K

Shift: 3rd Shift, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

You will oversee operations within the facility to maximize output, while maintaining the production schedule and ensuring that all deadlines are met. You will enforce safety and professional standards across all operations and organize, monitor, and prioritize tasks to achieve production goals. Assessing various production stations to ensure optimal efficiency will be a key part of your role, along with maintaining communication between employees and senior executives to ensure alignment with procedures and policies. You'll also manage the flow of raw materials and resources, while performing quality sign-offs on press operations and cutting jobs.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• At least 2 years of direct print experience
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment
• IT skills, particularly in data analysis software
• Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and work ethic
• Ability to design and follow production processes
• Ability to write clear and accurate reports
