Staffmark is excited to partner with a leading company in Bensalem, PA,
to directly hire a dynamic and driven Sales Representative. If you excel at building strong customer relationships, thrive in high-pressure situations, and are highly skilled in time management, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 base + uncapped commission

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM

Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of inside sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills (including cold-calling abilities)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical sales environment is a plus



Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:



  • Identify and convert leads into long-term customers
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships
  • Utilize cold-calling, networking, and digital marketing to generate new business
  • Stay up to date with company products to confidently communicate their value
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Track and analyze customer interactions to assist in forecasting and sales trends
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities
  • Provide continuous support to customers, ensuring long-term business success
