Summary:

The Supply Chain Team is responsible for ensuring product availability to meet forecasted demand by the Sales Subsidiary. Forecasts are generated via consensus calls with B2B Customers, Sales and Marketing Teams, and Supply Chain Teams and tracked using spreadsheets, SAP, and client Systems and Tools. The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for managing a range of products and/or Accounts and will work with Planners within the Department. The Analyst will publish summaries and reports for distribution.

The Supply Chain Analyst will be the primary point of contact for all supply-related issues related to their products/Accounts at the Sales Subsidiary. They will also interact closely with Customers and with internal teams including Senior Management. Occasional travel may be requested to visit Customers and Partners.

Responsibilities:



  • Customer Forecasting by Product
  • Consensus Calls with Distribution Customers
  • Sell-Thru Forecasting and Inventory Simulation
  • Report Creation and Distribution
  • Examine documents, materials, and products, and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformation to standards and specifications
  • Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities
  • Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures
  • Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands



Requirements:



  • Undergraduate Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Finance, or similar.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of work experience in a relevant field.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor, and materials.
  • Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
