As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will coordinate the quality control program designed to ensure continuous production consistency with established standards. Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday Responsibilities: Support quality and continuous improvement strategies, programs, and procedures. Assist the Plant Manager with quality-related issues and concerns. Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods to analyze production data. Maintain CPAR quality reporting and ensure follow-through on issues. Implement continuous improvement activities related to product quality. Conduct feasibility and Factory Acceptance Testing for new launch projects. Act as a liaison for product quality, providing technical solutions to customers. Ensure compliance with ISO9001:2015 standards and internal quality requirements. Supervise Quality Technicians and Inspectors while supporting validation activities. Participate in internal audits, maintain SOPs, and support regulatory compliance. Qualifications: At least 3-5 years of experience as a Quality Manager in a manufacturing environment Working with ISO 9001/TS-16949 Compliance Progressive quality control experience At least 1-3 years of experience in distribution or warehousing operations This is a direct hire position with a full list of benefits that will be provided upon being hired by our client.
