Job Summary: The Head of New Markets at American AgCredit (AAC) will spearhead the development and execution of innovative strategies to create value for customers, drive growth, and explore new market opportunities externally across the agri-food value chain and internally to enhance the company's capabilities. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to design and implement initiatives that enhance the AAC's competitive advantages and expand its market presence. This individual will collaborate closely with other senior leaders to ensure innovation efforts align with the company's strategic goals and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:

PAY RANGE: Minimum $139,107.52 - Max $278,215.04 AnnualThis range is reflective of the national salary average for this position and will be adjusted using geographic variance for physical location of the hired candidate. American AgCredit may compensate outside of the salary range for bona fide reasons not related to membership in a protected class. FULL-TIME REMOTE: These roles and job functions can be done remotely, while maintaining our strong commitment to customer service and our business goals.
