• Work with restaurant and hospitality managers to provide expert service for commercial HVAC, refrigeration, cooking, warewashing, and specialty foodservice equipment.
• Utilize your mechanical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair equipment efficiently.
• Read diagrams and schematics to ensure accurate installations and repairs.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and technical support teams for accurate diagnoses and part identification.
• Install parts professionally, following company policies and industry best practices.
• Recommend additional Smart Care services to customers when applicable.
• Maintain accurate work orders, time logs, and inventory records.
• Follow strict safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
• Keep your service vehicle clean and organized while managing inventory efficiently.

High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, or relevant military service.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Availability for on-call emergency rotations, including nights and weekends.
Willingness to travel overnight on occasion.

• Ability to kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Comfortable working with mechanical parts, heated surfaces, pressurized steam, and electrical components.
• Capable of working on ladders, roofs, and elevated surfaces.
