The American Hospital Association (AHA) is a national organization that represents and serves all types of hospitals, health care networks, and their patients and communities. The AHA has two main offices, located in Washington, D.C. and Chicago. We are currently seeking a Director, Workday Platforms for our Chicago office. This position is a hybrid role (three days in the office, two days working remote). Starting base salary = $151,000- $189,000- $227,000 (commensurate with related experience). The Director, Workday Platforms is responsible for establishing and maintaining the implementation, management, and continuous optimization of the enterprise Workday platforms for Finance and HR. Provide leadership during implementation and ongoing management and oversight of the platforms after launch. Identify, develop, implement, and maintain processes across the Workday platform to drive operational efficiencies at every level for both Finance and HR. Lead implementation of new functionality improvements as well as interface with outside partners when needed. As member of the IT leadership team, establishes departmental goals and objectives to support the AHA's strategic plan. Essential Functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Bachelors of INFORMATION SYSTEMS (required)
Experience
Experience with Workday Extend and Workday integration capabilities (required)
3 years: At least three years managing Workday platforms in a similar company environment, including configuration and maintenance of Workday modules such as core HR, payroll, benefits and recruiting.
