The Opportunity: We are seeking a full time Facilities Services Specialist to join our team. This role will provide direct support to the processing of mail, overnight mail, and interoffice/courier service program for all locations, as well as manage preprint forms inventory/orders and Iron Mountain shred service. Provide assistance to vendors and guests working at or visiting headquarters. Complete small-scale projects and support all facets of Facilities & Services service operations.
What You'll Do:


  • Sort and process postal and interoffice mail.
  • Process support department mail jobs submitted in OnBase.
  • Process incoming/outgoing transit bags and packages from/to courier service.
  • Research and resolve issues related to lost or delayed courier materials.

  • Process overnight mail and packages to departments.


  • Manage the preprinted forms inventory and process preprinted forms orders, including the processing of business card orders for all locations.


  • Manage the Iron Mountain shred service special requests, set-up new locations and resolve issues.

  • Monitor business reply mail costs and request funds.
  • Complete vouchers and purchase orders for postal costs and special purchases.

  • Monitor mail center supply inventory, place orders and complete mail center reports.


  • Process invoices associated with areas of responsibility.


  • Sign-in and assist credit union guests and vendors.

  • Perform supply, maintenance and support tasks as required by department management.
  • Comply with DFCU Financial vehicle policy and procedures


What You'll Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet established deadlines.
  • Ability to move up to 70 lbs. multiple times.
  • Prolonged periods of standing and repetitive lifting.
  • Exposure to inclement weather.
  • Computer literate.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and prioritize requests.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.
