We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Source-to-Pay II to join our team.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Provides support to the business or vendor partners in the development of plans for a single assigned activity, one of: Systems, Analysis, Invoice Processing, Sustainable Procurement, Contract Management.
- Contribute to the execution of S2P initiatives in partnership with S2P managers throughout the lifecycle of a project.
- Completes low-complexity analyses and designs, builds and presents spreadsheets, databases, reports and presentations using the Microsoft Office suite of tools.
- Prepares supply market analyses and develops RFP and RFI templates and pricing assessments.
- Responsible for smaller, less complex assignments.
- May contribute to the preparation of summary presentations.
- Revises policies and procedures and reports on which support effective planning, decision making and reporting.
- Implements system and process improvements that promote improved quality, timeliness and relevance of reports.
- Supports the delivery of both routine performance reporting and ad hoc reporting requests.
- Develops working relationships with the wider S2P team in order to deliver tasks relating to their assigned activity in a consistent and repeatable manner, with a clear focus on improving the end-to-end S2P process.
- Contributes to the achievement of team objectives
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
- 0-3 years of total work experience preferred,
- Knowledge of procurement practices preferred.
