- Estimated hourly base pay: $26.62 (minimum) - $33.27 (midpoint) - $39.92 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a quality driven individual with a background in quality inspection and machining, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Woodward is hiring for a QA Tech III at our Rock Cut Campus on 2nd shift. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that products, processes, and services meet the required quality standards set by the organization and our customers. What You Will Be Doing
- Applies basic knowledge of quality concepts, including normal distributions and creating simple charts to track and help drive quality improvements.
- Thorough understanding of multiple customer requirements and applying to Woodward systems and processes.
- Reviewing and approving finished product and data documentation prior to shipping to the customer to ensure all information is accurate and complete
- Reviewing test data, preparing certificates of conformance and customer contract information to guarantee compliance with industry standards.
- Working with ODA8130 by writing tags for new products in compliance and alignment with FAA regulations.
- Actively participating in various audits including process audits, system survey, physical product configuration audits and functional audits to maintain quality standards
- Performing dimensional inspection using inspection and hand tools to ensure requirements and specifications are met.
What We Are Looking For
- High School Diploma
- 5+ years of related work experience
- 3+ years' experience in Aerospace
- Must have SAE Delegate certification
- Must have had Customer certification in the past
- Must have experience in creating balloon drawings
- Ability to pass vision exam to Woodwards standards
- Validation or Certification in at least 1 operation is preferred
- Machining background is highly desired
