Job Description
Location: New York, NYThe primary purpose of the Global Systems Operations Specialist role is to support the Manager, Global Sales Systems who manages the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool, Salesforce, used by the Revenue Organization within Conde Nast. This includes Salesforce day to day end user support, executing against requests submitted by the business to enhance or modify Salesforce and assisting with daily system maintenance spanning from user management to troubleshooting issues encountered by end users. This role is based out of the US and will report to the Manager, Global Sales Systems. This role will support Conde Nast's US market and may also interface with Conde Nast's European markets including the UK, Spain, Italy, France, and Germany as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES

The expected base salary range for this position is from $73,000-$129,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
