Trulaske College of Business Job Description
The Robert J. Trulaske Sr. College of Business at the flagship campus of the University of Missouri seeks applicants for the position of Director of Master's Programs. The Director is responsible for ongoing operations of the College's online Crosby MBA Program and the in-person Master of Accountancy program, and for the development and implementation of a new in-person STEM-designated MBA program. We are a forward-facing student-focused campus. This position is in person. Specific duties and responsibilities will include: * Overseeing the implementation and ongoing administration of master's-level graduate programs, including recruiting, admissions, advising, scheduling, curriculum management, student services, public relations efforts, and financial aid decisions; formulating program strategies and goals for these programs. * Managing the staff of the Master's Programs Office, including performance management, training, recruiting, and making recommendations for hiring, termination, and compensation. * Developing and implementing a new in-person STEM-designated MBA program, hiring additional student support staff, and ensuring program objectives are met. * Working collaboratively with faculty and college administrators to enhance master's programs and to maintain and enhance the College's and University's national reputation. * Managing the budget and preparing annual and special reports. * Maintaining alumni and corporate relations for the College's master's programs; representing the College to external constituents and professional associations. M-F 8 to 5, and other evening and weekend hours as necessary Minimum Qualifications
A master's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 7 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
