Title: Scrum Master

Duration: Long term contract

Locations: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Role Summary: The Scrum Master/Tech Lead is responsible for guiding the team through Agile practices and ensuring the successful delivery of technical solutions. This role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing blockers, providing technical leadership, and mentoring the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Ensure adherence to Agile practices and continuous improvement.
• Remove obstacles and assist in problem-solving.
• Lead technical direction, code reviews, and system architecture decisions.
• Mentor and support team members to enhance technical skills.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine project goals and deliver solutions on time

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum.
• Proficient in programming and system design.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with mentoring and leading development teams.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM) and technical expertise preferred
