UX/UI Designer II

Job Title: UX/UI Designer II

Locations: San Diego, CA / Mountain View, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: 06 Months with possible extension and Conversion.

Rate Range: $55/Hr. - $60/Hr.

Must have:

• 3-5 years of design experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Will help with the design refresh of end-to-end seller workflows
• Need someone who has had experience working on sales tech workflows, account management, mid-market, more CRM based design
• Must have Service design experience
• These individuals will manage stakeholders and facilitate design projects
• Needs to have AI experience
• UX writing and content designing is a requirement
• Figma and Figjam experience is required
• Looking for someone who uses AI in their everyday practice

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce is a plus
• Prototyping skills are a plus
• Lightening design system is a plus
• Agentic AI is a plus
