The Manager, Professional Services is responsible for overseeing the successful deployment of our software solutions to clients. The scope of this job includes ensuring satisfaction of contractual obligations, as well as achievement of targets related to revenue, gross margin and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of client projects, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within scope, and partner with leadership to determine appropriate resource allocation and adjust plans as necessary to meet project goals.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address issues.
  • Monitor and manage team utilization to ensure optimal productivity across projects.
  • Provide guidance and training by developing or updating job aids and shaping best practices.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency, and contribute ideas for streamlining workflows and optimizing resource use.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and client communications and provide regular updates to leadership on project progress and team performance.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business with clients during implementation and collaborate with sales to propose additional services.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 4-6 years relevant work experience
  • At least 0-1 years relevant management work experience

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to travel up to 30% based on business needs
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
