The Dupli-Color/VHT group currently has an opening for a Brand Marketing Co-Op to work out of the Global Headquarters site, located in downtown Cleveland. The hiring manager for this position is Paulette Grimme, Brand Manager. The time frame of this opportunity is year-round.

**The ideal candidate must be available to work ~ 37.5 hours per week during the summer and ~20 hours/week during the school year**

Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's staff, employees, and business relationships.

Position Responsibilities may include, but may not be limited to:



  • Help increase the automotive brands social media presence
  • Competitive research and reporting including social scorecards
  • Assist with trade show preparation
  • Assist with photography and video shoots
  • Assist in preparation for major customer line reviews
  • Assist in website review and updates, including updating digital assets in the SW Mall
  • Develop and implement Dupli-Colors annual e-mail plan
  • Work with the Marketing Communications team to create/update brochures and sell sheets. Proofreading of marketing materials.
  • Submit sample orders
  • Submit empty can orders


Projects:



  • Manage weekly team social post reviews.
  • Review and approve product tagging for MyGarage and UGC submissions
  • Research, review and make recommendations for potential new social media platforms
  • SW Mall - work with MarComm to add, tag and review assets
  • Assist in the creation of Automotive literature as well as revising existing literature
  • Assist in the updating of the brand websites as well as the creation of any new website assets like landing pages & banners for the site
  • Coordinate the creation of additional brand assets



FORMAL EDUCATION:

Required:



  • Current undergraduate student at the sophomore or junior level


KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

  • Creative forward-thinker.
  • Demonstrated time-management skills through extracurricular activities.
  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to work an average of 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule based around the candidate's school schedule and the opportunity to work more hours during the summer and school breaks
