Credit Analyst/Underwriter - Private Banking

Description

The Credit Analyst will provide analytical and underwriting support for MidFirst Private Banking. Loan underwriting encompasses the following: Financial analysis of the borrowers and guarantors including personal and business tax returns, financial statements and other documents; collateral analysis; loan structure and documentation; completion of credit memorandum or similar approval documents.

  • Ability to manage to pre-determined deadlines and effectively manage competing priorities
  • Position requires excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office products is required
  • Experience with Moody's RiskAnalyst and Buker Taxanalysis (or comparable analytical software) is preferred


Requirements



  • Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in a Private Banking analyst or underwriter role or equivalent experience as demonstrated through work, training, military or education
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or similar related fields
  • Some experience in mortgage underwriting may be considered
