Position Description: Support regional Talent Acquisition function and team in business unit; provide administration of experienced hire acquisition processes and talent mobility efforts. Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:
- Embrace company culture, values, and contribute new approaches, policies, and procedures to support continuous improvement in overall services of Talent Acquisition (TA) team. Support diversity and inclusion (D&I) activities in regions.
- Manage employee referral system and serve as point of contact with internal employees and business units (BU).
- Update BU staffing Availability and Needs Report from employee Experience Tracking System (ETS).
- Produce required metrics and reports for current job activity, candidate flow, and hiring trends; distribute reports to TA Manager and BU management.
- Forward pre-qualified viable candidates' information to BU leadership for review and consideration for open requisitions.
- Maintain short-list of candidates for each open requisition and maintain resumes according to TA department guidelines.
- Manage scheduling of applicants for recruiting screens, content screens, and interview days for BU TA team.
- Coordinate and track all correspondence related to candidate activities between TA Manager, TA Recruiters and BU hiring managers. Enter and update current activities and conversations in recruiting database.
- Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.

- This position requires a minimum of 3-4 days of in-office presence per week
- Bachelor's Degree from accredited degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required; and minimum 1 year of experience working in professional capacity in Human Resource or Staffing, or prior Human Resources internship experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in construction industry, preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and timely documentation
- Good judgment to identify problems, maintain confidentiality, escalate issues, and set prioritization of responsibilities
- Research and analysis skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
