What You'll Do
- Represent the organization or department in filing, scanning, copying, data entry
- Maintain accurate and complete filing of employee documentation
- Compare corporate personnel files with branch office files of terminated employees make sure corporate files are complete
- Search for and investigate information contained in files, insert additional data in file records to keep files current
- Manage incoming material, verify accuracy, sort distribute and code information according to current procedures
- Scan materials or copy records and examine materials for eligibility
- Implement changes to the filing system as directed; dispose purged employee files in accordance with an established data retention schedule or legal requirements
- Scan payroll reports; receive incoming mail/packages and deliver them to the addressee
- Enter PCTP/MAT/BPM courses taken by employees into the HRIS system
- Maintains list of labor law posters for offices and works with the labor law poster company regarding shipment as required
- Other duties as assigned
