Responsibilities

As Lease Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration of all leases and rent payments for leased properties.

  • Monitors lease expirations and other contract options.
  • Reconciles and processes all landlord and vendor recurring and one-time payments, rent roll changes, end of year payments, and rent escalations/adjustments.
  • Tracks and approves all tenant invoices for rent and operating expenses. Works with Facilities Manager for approval of all non-rent and OE related expenses by landlord.
  • Ensures proper invoicing of subtenants, collections of sublease income and delinquent rent notices are sent.
  • Reviews and processes estoppels, subordination, non-disturbance and attornment agreements. As needed, assists with short term renewals including some negotiation.
  • Independently manages third party vendors to ensure accurate reporting for accounting.
  • Manages all processes and procedures related to recording office rent payments, adhering to lease terms for 500+ locations, reconciling expenses, auditing of bank account and lease abstracts, and allocation reporting.
  • Reconciles monthly funding requests, rent roll, and transactions running through the bank account.
  • Ensures additional funding is maintained with accounting for Security Deposits, etc. Performs monthly audit of the fund.
  • Serves as a resource to care center(s) for questions regarding lease terms, rent, etc.
  • Processes Notice and Contract change requests.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • One (1+) year experience in accounting.
Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • One (1+) year experience in lease administration.
