Overview:

The Strategic Growth Manager will serve an integral role in driving growth in Primary Care. This role will work with primary care teams to optimize productivity and grow the number of lives cared for within their division in partnership with the community operations, physician, and APP leads. This role will report to the Regional Vice President for Primary Care and will perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in leadership or health care
