Job Overview
Hubbell is seeking to add 2 Press Machine Operators/ Mixers to our 2nd Shift Press Department in our Chatsworth, CA facility. Press Operators/Mixers will manufacture thermoset compression molded parts in various sizes using hydraulic presses. Additionally, this position will also mix and compound batches of bulk molding compound material, which are used to create compression molded parts of different sizes. Base pay will begin at $20.50 per hour plus receive a $0.50 premium for this position. Those that work in the 2nd shift will also be eligible for a 10% shift premium for all hours worked in the 2nd shift.In addition, as a newly hired employee with the company, you will be eligible to receive a $1000 retention bonus after the 90th day with Hubbell.
