Marketing Intern

Your Role

This summer BeaconMedaes is offering a full-time summer internship. We are seeking a Marketing Intern to help support our Laboratory (Life Sciences) team across a variety of marketing tasks including technical and sales document creation, enhance the laboratory product content on the website, data collection, and providing support for various marketing campaigns. This summer internship is located in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Responsibilities are focused on the following:

* Update technical product specification sheets, instruction manuals, sales brochures, and presentations that are focused on our Laboratory (Life Sciences) product range

* Collaborate with Product Marketing Manager and Communications Coordinator to review and revise laboratory product content on the website

* Help with data collection

* Participate in meetings and trainings with the Laboratory team

* Perform other marketing support duties as assigned

To succeed, you will need

Skills/Experience:

* Strong analytical, organizational, and attention to details skills

* Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

* Proficient with Microsoft 365 programs (ie. Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

* Excellent communications skills both verbal and written

* Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

* Self-starter who can work independently, as well as serve as a valuable member of a team

* Ability to follow directions and adhere to team processes for completing assigned tasks

Work Schedule:

* Students should be able to commit to 40 hours/week employment during the internship program and be able to work on-site at our Rock Hill, SC facility.

* Eligible to work in the United States without company assistance.

Education:

* Rising Junior or Senior as an Undergraduate student at an accredited college, university, or technical/vocational institution.

* Obtaining a bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business-related degree are welcome to apply.

* Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above.
