principal duties and responsibilities: * Ability to problem-solve, function as a resource to other members of the team and resolves complex issues on behalf of providers and patients. * Exceptional organizational skills, flexibility to manage multiple tasks and attention to detail. * Knowledge of computer applications necessary to function in an ambulatory setting, e.g. MS Outlook, MS Office Suite. * Comfort in a practice environment that promotes patient-centered care.
