About the Job:

The IT Analyst, Operations & Engineering Support facilitates communication between stakeholders and technical teams by analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and recommending solutions to enhance operational efficiency and achieve business objectives. You will work closely with various stakeholders to design and implement solutions and contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT operations.

What You'll Do:



  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
  • Analyze and document business processes, workflows, interfaces, reports, and systems to identify areas for improvement or optimization.
  • Develop and maintain business requirements documentation, including user stories, use cases, and functional and technical specifications.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, discuss solutions, and make decisions.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Manage RICE, workflow, dashboards, and other development components with development teams.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, project management, and operations, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide recommendations and solutions to address business challenges and opportunities.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to business analysis and process improvement.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding of requirements.
  • Responsible for QA, Testing, and Continuous improvement.
  • Provide valuable support during the month-end close process by analyzing and resolving key challenges.

Qualifications

Skills You'll Need:



  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Preferred prior experience of at least 2-3 years in IT support, systems administration, or a related technical field.
  • Strong technical skills with proficiency in Oracle Fusion development (RICE).
  • Strong experience in working with development teams.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and proficiency with SQL.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with users at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality support services.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • IT certifications are a plus but not required.
