Rheumatologist- Lynn,MA

The community division of Mass General Brigham (MGB)

is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Rheumatologist to join our growing outpatient practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals with a variety of rheumatologic conditions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, multi-specialty environment with access to the latest technology and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients with rheumatic diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and other autoimmune disorders.
• Conduct outpatient consultations and follow-up visits.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists to ensure integrated, coordinated care.
• Interpret diagnostic tests such as laboratory work, imaging, and joint fluid analysis.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research opportunities as available.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Precept and mentor medical students, residents, or fellows (if applicable).

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Rheumatology.
• Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in MA
• Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning.
