Mass General Brigham is seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Care Physician with Board Certification in Family Medicine to join our growing healthcare team in Portsmouth, NH, conveniently located near the Pease International Tradeport. This is a full-time position offering a balance of clinical excellence and quality of life. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients of all ages, as well as experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), such as Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs). You'll work in a modern healthcare facility with on-site imaging services and enjoy a minimal call schedule for a better work-life balance.

What You'll Do

  • Patient Care: Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population, including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute illness management, and wellness visits for all age groups.
  • Supervision of APPs: Lead and mentor Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs), overseeing their patient care activities, offering guidance, and ensuring the highest standard of care.
  • Patient Education: Promote health education and wellness strategies to patients, encouraging adherence to treatment plans and preventive care measures.
