This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-liftorbital launch vehicle capable ofroutinelycarrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar,and beyond.Its first stage is fully reusable, and the vehicle was designedfrom the beginningto be human-capable. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your commitment and detailed attention toward safe and repeatable space flight. Anomaly Coordinators work side by side with our New Glenn Launch Directors to resolve, track, and implement corrective actions on issues encountered during test and launch operations on the New Glenn program. They are responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving unexpected issues or anomalies that may occur during a rocket test or launch to ensure mission success; they need a deep understanding of launch vehicle systems, quick problem-solving skills, and the ability to make rapid, informed decisions under high-pressure situations. Additionally, they work to establish cross functional processes to enable operational excellence and unparalleled execution. This team is ultimately responsible for the safety and success of our customers, our team, and our missions. They serve as the standard bearers for Blue Origin's processes and culture, and consistently strive to realize operational excellence within all Blue Origin test and flight operations teams.
