The Manager, National Sales is responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of Channel Sales Managers to ensure the successful management and growth of distributor relationships within their respective territories. This role focuses on developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive sales growth, increase market share, and optimize distributor performance. The Manager, National Sales provides leadership, support, and direction to the team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of sales metrics, inventory management, and promotional strategies, as well as strong leadership and communication skills. Location: 3 days onsite in Carrollton, GA or Bremen, IN Key Responsibilities * Lead and mentor a team of Channel Sales Managers, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching, development, and performance management.
