Academic Affairs: The Office of Academic Affairs provides oversight of the education curriculum and enables the success of students and faculty in teaching and learning, research, and creative expression. The Opportunity: The Community of Practice Administrator is a lead administrator for the Community of Practice (COP) longitudinal clinical experience curriculum for first and second-year medical students (240 total), reporting to the Assistant Director for Pre-Clerkship Education and working with the Community of Practice Director and Clinical Sciences Co-Directors. Provides strategic oversight of program evaluation, clinical faculty development, recruitment/retention, and credentialing processes. Champions cross-departmental collaboration while employing advanced problem-solving to optimize educational outcomes. Responsibilities:
