What we are looking for:

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic technology summer interns to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within our technology teams, which focus on healthcare data analytics, technology and product services. Interns will collaborate with experienced professionals and receive mentorship while contributing to impactful projects that drive innovation within our organization.

This program is designed to provide valuable exposure to real-world challenges, allowing interns to expand their skills, build meaningful professional connections, and make a tangible impact while exploring different aspects of our business.

What you will do:

Below are examples of technical projects and responsibilities you may be involved in during your internship:

Product Strategy:

As a Product Strategy Intern, you will gain experience in product lifecycle management, from market research and documentation to integrating new tools and supporting new product development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing market trends, creating engaging documentation, and streamlining business processes with innovative solutions.



  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. Assist in developing customer personas and market segmentation to inform product strategy.
  • Engaging Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and training materials. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with product updates.
  • Integration of New Tools: Research and evaluate new technologies to enhance business processes and product development. Support the implementation of these tools and provide training to team members.
  • New Product Development: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for product features and enhancements. Assist in developing product roadmaps and collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring new products from concept to launch.



Information Security:

The Information Security Intern will develop a process to enhance automated security scans for external systems. This includes:



  • Leveraging information stored within CMDB (Web Applications, Azure Subscriptions) and Fuse DB (Azure Public IPs) to improve scan automation.
  • Parsing scan reports and storing them within Fuse DB for tracking and analysis.
  • Developing notification processes to inform system owners of security vulnerabilities (e.g., weak encryption protocols) and providing recommendations for resolution.



Data Products:

We are looking for a UX Design Intern to collaborate with the Data Products team on designing intuitive, user-friendly interactions for innovative projects.

Preferred Skills and Experience:



  • Curious, detail oriented, and eager to apply knowledge to complex, real-world challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, SQL, Java or others.
  • Understanding of data analytics tools and concepts such as ETL processes, data visualization, and statistical analysis.
  • Exposure to cloud computing platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to translate user needs to be effective design solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks independently.
  • Demonstrates a strong interest in the healthcare market.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Previous internship or project experience in a technology-related roles are a plus.


Educational Requirements:



  • Candidates should be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in one of the following or a related field:

    • Technology & Engineering: Computer science, cybersecurity/Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering
    • Business & Strategy: Business, Marketing, Economics
    • Healthcare & Data Analytics: Health Administration, Biostatistics, Public Health, Data Analytics, Data Science
    • Design & User Experience: UX Design, Digital Media





Compensation and Location:



  • The hourly range is $18 - $34, depending on relevant factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc. This role can work remotely anywhere in the US.
