What we are looking for: We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic summer interns to join our dynamic team and contribute to various aspects of our business operations. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in inside sales, sales development, marketing support, and strategic analytics and education. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn and make an impact. Interns will work alongside seasoned professionals on meaningful projects that drive innovation within our organization. What you will do: Below are examples of business-related projects and responsibilities you may undertake during your internship: Inside Sales
- Support software transition, ensuring smooth and efficient implementation.
- Assist with reporting projects, including automating report packages for greater efficiency.
- Conduct market intelligence research on large databases to identify trends and opportunities.
- If experienced in AI, support automation efforts for the Account Executive (AE) team to enhance productivity.
Sales Development
- Assist with Salesforce CRM maintenance and refining processes in collaboration with Sales Operations, Marketing, and the broader sales team.
- Evaluate and refine messaging and cadences by identifying top-performing strategies. Recommend updates and implement A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Enhance SDR onboarding and training by organizing and curating a structured video library of high-impact cold calls, enabling new hires to learn best practices from real-world examples. This also facilitates continuous learning and knowledge sharing to elevate team performance.
Marketing Support
- Assist in evaluating and guiding rebranding efforts, specifically of our Data Innovation Portal.
- Support marketing operations and digital marketing projects, including supporting management of social media channel, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives (design support and research).
- Support collection, organization, and management of client success stories/testimonials.
- Collaborate with marketing team members across departments to track and report on the performance of marketing assets.
Strategic Analytics and Education
- Assist in planning and coordinating phases of the cohort learning program, including learner engagement, feedback, and support, fostering skills in project management and communications.
- Research and compile credible published materials on costly and prevalent clinical conditions, enhancing skills in objective research and strategic thinking.
New Product Development (For Seattle Location)
- Provide operational support for MedInsight's inaugural Hackathon. Plan and manage this new event with MedInsight's Chief of Staff and SVP of Strategic Innovation.
- Support operational improvements to our New Product Development process.
- Assist with a variety of projects throughout the summer, reporting directly to the Chief of Staff.
- We are looking for a well-rounded candidate with an interest in new product development.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to apply training to practical, real-world challenges.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe, Highspot and Salesforce is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work with attention to detail.
- Prior internship or project experience in business-related roles is desirable.
Educational Requirements:
- Candidates should be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in business, marketing, healthcare, data analytics, communication, health sciences, or a related field.
Compensation and Location:
- The hourly range is $18 - $34, depending on relevant factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc. This role can work remotely anywhere in the US.
