SUMMARY: The Event Coordinator will be responsible for the scheduling of event staff and the creation of operational plans for all Internal and External functions at Gillette Stadium. In addition, the Event Coordinator will support major event operations including Patriots, Revolution and concerts at Gillette
Stadium with a focus on responding to guest challenges and service operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule event staff for all internal and external functions, conduct training as needed to ensure staff meet client expectations.
- Develop and communicate clear, consistent and detailed staff "post order" directives for assigned events and distribute to necessary parties no later than 24 hours prior to the event.
- Attend internal event planning meetings as TeamOps representative to ensure appropriate coverage for events and TeamOps standards are met.
- Support Internal and External events as TeamOps onsite representative, partnering with the Events team on execution of the event to ensure a safe and positive guest experience.
- Complete all invoices related to Internal and External events monthly or upon request.
- Support security and guest service operations at all Gillette Stadium major events as assigned.
- Supervise staff during events to ensure adhere to Security processes and procedures, provide feedback and escalate concerns to management.
- Assist with Salesforce Customer Service inquiries and respond/elevate to appropriate managers within 48 hours.
- Oversee guest Stadium Tours ensuring staff are trained, conduct audits as required.
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
* This position has no supervisory responsibility but will interface with event staff
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Sports Management, Logistics, or Criminal Justice preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in event operations preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Committed to taking an active role in developing a positive culture
- Must be able to make timely decisions in the context of the workflow
- Must possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and responsiveness
- Must be able to adhere to process protocol and must be able to apply established protocols in a timely manner
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to lift, carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for long periods of time.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Generally located in administrative office during business hours, and will maintain a floating schedule
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays with frequency in support of events
- Event Venue, noise level in the work environment is typically loud
- Densely populated on event day
