Advantage Resourcing is seeking a Credentialing Coordinator to join a dynamic team in Woonsocket, RI. If you have excellent attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

Pay: $16.73

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm

The Credentialing Coordinator is responsible for the initial and re-credentialing of nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and physicians in a compliant and timely manner, ensuring that all credentials are up to date and meet accreditation standards.

Responsibilities:

* Process initial and re-credentialing applications for healthcare providers

* Monitor and maintain expired licensure and compliance reports

* Manage provider access in Epic for expired credentials

* Assist with malpractice insurance verification and compliance monitoring

* Update and maintain provider data in internal systems and databases

* Communicate provider status updates to leadership and internal teams

* Support payer enrollment and assist with audits when needed

Required Qualifications:

* Demonstrated understanding of credentialing practices, compliance monitoring, and expirable management

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Minimum 3 years' experience in healthcare credentialing

* NAMSS Certified Professional Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) certification preferred

* High school diploma required, associate or bachelor's degree preferred
