Pay: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: First shift, 6:30 am - 2:30 pm or 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

As a Maintenance Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to maintain a safe and efficient workplace by overseeing the building's structure, facility equipment, systems, and process equipment. You will be instrumental in ensuring minimal downtime and keeping production equipment running smoothly.

Responsibilities:



  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep systems and equipment operational.
  • Inspect and maintain boilers, water loops, air compressors, pumps, air handlers, and PLCs.
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs using tools and manuals.
  • Manage work orders, parts inventory, and ensure proper organization.
  • Participate in an on-call program as needed.
  • Adhere to company's Code of Conduct and safety standards.



Qualifications:



  • 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical/trade school diploma preferred).
  • Experience in plumbing, mechanical, electrical, controls, or general construction.
  • Ability to read blueprints, contracts, and system manuals.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
