Pay: $26.70 per hour + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend + sales commission

Schedule: Part-Time, 5 evenings/week, 4:05 PM - 9:00 PM (or 4:05 PM - 8:00 PM), pick 2 days off Monday - Thursday

About the Role:

Are you ready to become an On-the-Go Tech Expert? As a Customer Service Field Tech, you'll be the hero who shows up, solves tech problems, and helps people feel more connected. Whether fixing tech issues, setting people up with new gadgets, or offering products that fit their needs, you'll make a difference daily.

This role is perfect if you love connecting with others, solving problems, and want to make some extra cash while you're at it. Plus, you'll get hands-on experience that'll level up your sales skills for the future!

What You'll Do - Be the Tech Hero



  • Visit customers in their homes or offices to deliver top-tier service.
  • Keep things chill and ensure customers are delighted with your solutions.
  • Solve Their Tech Woes
  • Fix tech issues with clear, simple solutions.
  • Help customers stay ahead of the curve by suggesting products that fit their future needs.
  • Sell the Best Stuff
  • Introduce people to our cool products that match their needs.
  • Listen to customers' wants and share how our products can help them.




What You Bring to the Table:



  • Drive goals and crush targets and are comfortable with up-sales
  • A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and at least one year of driving experience.
  • A reliable vehicle (no motorcycles, though) for customer visits within a 120-mile range.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A personal cell phone for work stuff.
  • A love for pets (you'll probably meet a few furry friends along the way).
  • Strong communication skills and a curiosity to keep learning!

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
