Staffmark is hiring a Card Service Quality Assurance Specialist in San Dimas, CA. If you're detail-oriented with experience in debit and credit card services, we want to hear from you! Pay: $20/hr Schedule: Monday - Friday In this role, you will be responsible for conducting quality assurance on card services processes, reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of debit and credit card transactions, and monitoring for discrepancies. You will ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures while collaborating with the team to improve quality standards and resolve any issues promptly. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience with debit and credit cards is a must. Banking experience is preferred. Experience with Episys, STAR, and FDR is a plus. Proficient in word processing (Word) and spreadsheets (Excel). Strong attention to detail and initiative. Good oral and written communication skills. Strong math aptitude and understanding of accounting principles. Typing speed of 30 wpm and 10-key by touch at 20 wpm.
