Position Title: Contract Study Assistant

Position Summary:

The Contract Study Assistant will work as a member of a centralized Innovation Capabilities team, partnering with project managers to manage the preparation for consumer research and product testing involving human subjects. The Contract Study Assistant will be responsible for supporting project managers as they design studies for internal customers in North America across existing brands. These may include but are not limited to online testing, product use testing, surveys, focus groups or other research methods. This role may work with customer facing research facility as well as with market research partners across North America.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Support administrative work for assigned projects.
  • Work with project manager to ensure smooth and high-quality study implementation.
  • Communicate and document study details with project manager.
  • Carry out administrative and logistical project responsibilities that follow the recommended process


Core Areas of Accountability:



  • Support the logistics and execution for assigned studies, working with project manager/external support teams to ensure study execution meets project needs.


Basic Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in consumer research or product testing. Relevant experience or education may be substituted.
  • Strong attention to detail, positive interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent oral, written, and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple projects with competing timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Associate or bachelors degree in a relevant field such as market research, consumer research, user experience, experimental psychology, or a related discipline.
