Summary:

Our client's Health division is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Programs Manager to drive integrated marketing programs across North America. This contract position will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our health and wellness marketing initiatives, reporting directly to the Head of North American Health Marketing.

Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communications programs that drive Health adoption and engagement across North America.
  • Lead strategic planning and implementation of integrated campaigns spanning digital, social, partnerships, and events marketing.
  • Orchestrate brand messaging and communications strategies across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Build and manage relationships with agency partners, influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Create and optimize content strategies that resonate with health-conscious consumers.
  • Manage program budgets and track ROI across marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with global teams to ensure brand consistency while adapting to regional needs.
  • Drive partnership marketing programs with digital health companies, pharma/bio concerns, academic institutions, healthcare providers, and fitness and wellness global brand organizations.
  • Analyze program performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage reporting and stakeholder alignment internally across clients' worldwide portfolios, as well as with partners and vendors.



Requirements:



  • 7+ years of experience in marketing program management, preferably in healthcare/wellness or consumer technology.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Program management software (e.g., Asana, JIRA).
  • Marketing analytics tools.
  • Budget management.
  • Stakeholder communication.
  • Campaign planning and execution.
  • Content strategy.
  • Partnership development.
  • Brand management.
  • Data analysis and reporting.
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and partnership development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on program effectiveness.
  • Excellence in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Background in digital health, wellness, or consumer health technology preferred.
  • Experience working with global brands and understanding of healthcare marketing regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
