As Vice President of Infrastructure & Operations, you'll lead the charge on building and refining a next-generation technology infrastructure to help us serve those members and their communities for decades to come. Your Role: You'll own the development and execution of strategies within Technology Infrastructure, Operations, and Systems Management to ensure seamless connectivity, optimized performance, and alignment with business objectives. You'll be accountable for overall run the business functions and development of strategies to modernize our collective organization and infrastructure with cloud-native application development and a software-first mindset, leveraging both in-house abilities and public cloud providers. You'll bring to life a reliable and scalable technology environment that modernizes, secures, and standardizes Medica's platforms. You'll collaborate with senior leaders to drive fast innovation, maintain robust security, and lead various transformation efforts that support business growth and efficiency. This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work from the designated office in Minnetonka, MN, or Madison, WI on average, 3+ times per week. The full base pay salary range for this position is $224,000-$336,000. Annual base pay salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and or licensures, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data. In addition to base compensation, this position is eligible for Medica's Short Term Incentive plan, Long Term Incentive plan and our Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan.
