The Supply Chain Sourcing team is responsible for optimizing the finished good supply chain network. Focus areas include minimizing freight and raw material costs, maintaining capacity utilization targets and supporting service and working capital targets. The ideal candidate is highly motivated with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement and follow through with results.
- Act as the business lead for strategic sourcing solutions by identifying, selecting, and utilizing the appropriate digital intelligence tools to support 10-year scenario planning.
- Manage, initiate, facilitate, design, and implement system enhancements
- Provide analysis, testing, implementation, and training to achieve both continuous improvement in both systems applications and processes.
- Analyze what-if scenarios for manufacturing and distribution 10-year planning considering transportation, working capital and capacity utilization impacts. Identify improvements across the end-to-end supply chain and recommend expansion and greenfield capital projects.
- Manage and improve the master data management process for network modeling by creating workflows in Dataiku.
- Present results of network modeling to cross-functional team to influence 10-year planning and drive alignment among stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategies to control working capital finished goods inventory dollars through sourcing optimization utilizing supply chain planning tools.
- Partner with modeling resources to develop and update best practices and train peers on modeling tools.

- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
Preferred:
- Master's Degree from an accredited institution
- Lean, ARC, and Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required:
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain or related field
- Aptitude for complex data analysis
Preferred:
- 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain field or related field.
- Knowledge of supply chain optimization and simulation software solutions.
- Knowledge of systems including Tableau, Dataiku, Business Objects and Blue Yonder.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and distribution facilities capabilities.
- Knowledge of linear programming, simulation and scenario analysis.
- Strong data analysis skills with experience using Python, R, SQL, or related tools.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
