Job Objective: Work with individuals and families in a Transitional Housing//Rapid Rehousing Program on three basic outcomes: Daily Living, Financial Stability and Permanent Housing. Essential Functions:
Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor degree in Social Work or related field Experience: Prior experience in Social Services or residential setting; knowledge of homelessness and ability to work with and supervise a diverse clientele; knowledge of counseling/crisis intervention techniques Certifications/Licenses: None Required Skills/Abilities:
Supervisory Responsibility: Case Manager will supervise Intake Workers while on-call Physical Requirements: Speaking, hearing and vision ability; manual dexterity; walking; sitting and standing for extended periods of time; lifting, pulling and pushing materials up to 25 pounds; Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions of this job. Travel: May be required to attend conferences Driving: Must possess a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence. Must be approved through The Salvation Army Fleet Safety Program to drive either a Salvation Army or personal vehicle on Salvation Army business Working Conditions:
