Sr. Director, Ecosystem Operations

As an Ecosystem Operations, Sr Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational aspects of the company's ecosystem. This includes developing and implementing partner coverage models, driving partner Go To Market (GTM) strategies, and fostering overall ecosystem growth. Your role will involve cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with broader company objectives and continuous improvement in partner success.

A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support the development of a global Go To Market strategy, embedding the ecosystem within to maximize value creation.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and other teams to align ecosystem strategies with company objectives.
  • Embed ecosystem considerations into forecasting, pipeline reviews, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), annual planning, and partner business planning.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on ecosystem tooling and systems, providing guidance and support to optimize ecosystem operations.
  • Support partner enablement and adoption of Infor sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, mutual action plans) from an ecosystem perspective.
  • Streamline and create necessary processes and operational workflows to enhance ecosystem efficiency and support internal and external enablement.
  • Develop partner coverage models, utilizing heatmaps to identify ecosystem coverage gaps and address them with the Ecosystem FLM.
  • Report on partner manager performance and provide recommendations to maximize sales productivity by tracking productivity metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the ecosystem, attract new partners, and enhance the overall value proposition for existing partners.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of ecosystem operations. Utilize data-driven insights for continuous improvement and informed decision-making.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in Partner Eco-System Operations in a software organization.
  • Experience in Sales Operations in a software organization.
  • Experience developing and implementing partner coverage models, driving partner Go To Market (GTM) strategies and territory models resulting in measurable ecosystem growth.
  • Experience in ecosystem operations, tools, and methodologies.(MEDDPICC, Salesforce, Partner Relationship management tools)
  • Experience establishing and tracking performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Ability to travel 35%.
  • (For US only) Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
