The Role:As a Business Development Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating strategic business relationships, including product licensing, strategic alliances, and acquisitions. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to assess new opportunities, support Cytek's expansion into adjacent markets, and help drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage deliverables for established business partnerships, ensuring milestones are met.

  • Provide regular progress updates to key internal stakeholders across departments.

  • Conduct customer interviews and gather insights on scientific instrumentation needs and trends.

  • Perform technical and business diligence to assess potential partnerships and acquisitions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, R&D, and Scientific Affairs, to qualify business opportunities.

  • Apply project management methodologies to ensure initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively.

What You Bring:

  • Undergraduate or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of the scientific research process, cell biology, immunology, and research tools.

  • Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

  • Exceptional communication and listening skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organization and collaborate with global teams (Europe, Asia, and North America).

  • Ability to travel 25% to 50%, including international travel.
