Schedule Weekly Hours: 40Gundersen Health System is hiring a Clinical Manager to oversee Tri-State Ambulance. What You'll Do: As the Clinical Manager, you will function as the leader of Tri-State Ambulance providing leadership and direction for constant improvement and development of all aspects of the Tri-State Ambulance program. You and your leadership team will oversee a group of approximately 110 staff, comprised of 3 Supervisors, HR Coordinator, EMS Educators, EMTs, and Paramedics. You will have direct responsibility for managing employee performance to ensure optimal functioning in day-to-day operations including recruitment, retention, execution of system deployment, financials, logistics, safety oversight, and supply chain management. You will also have direct responsibility for interfacing with ambulance service vendors, suppliers, local and county police and fire departments, political entities, and regulatory authorities. With a mixture of urban, rural, inter-facility, and critical care response, Tri-State Ambulance (TSA) provides 911 ambulance response to 2,200 square miles in portions of beautiful Western Wisconsin and Southeast Minnesota. Primary ambulance deployment is based out of the Regional Operations and Communications Center (ROCC) in central La Crosse. Additionally, three sub-stations in the La Crosse metro and one in our rural Viroqua market provide an abundance of EMS response variety. In addition to 911 response, TSA provides inter-facility ambulance services up to the critical care level to numerous hospital partners. What's Available:
