Credentialing Assistant | Office Coordinator

Schedule Weekly Hours:

Gundersen Health System is seeking a passionate and experienced Credentialing Assistant to join our team! We are looking for individuals who are organized and who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

As a Credentialing Assistant, you will be heavily involved with communicating with medical staff regarding their inquiries and working with the credentialing team to maintain prompt follow up. You will take the lead with office coordination and work on designating staff regarding specific requests/ inquires.

What's Available:

• Full time, 1.0 FTE - 40 hours/ week

• Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

• Located at our Front Street Office in La Crosse, WI -Ability to shift to a remote basis after training.

• Starting pay of $18.31/hr and up, based on your years of experience.

What You'll Need:

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience and education

• 2 years of relevant experience

• Strong organizational skills and interest with office coordination

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail

• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
