Job Description General Responsibilities: Conduct and oversee environmental planning services and related personnel, including National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance documents, ecological surveys, cultural resource surveys, wetland delineations, air quality evaluations, and noise screening. Experience with environmental planning should include preparation of complex environmental and NEPA documents, coordination with lead federal agencies and associated tribal representatives / state agencies, and a familiarity with navigating associated environmental regulations such as Clean Water Act, Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), Endangered Species Act (ESA), Clean Air Act (CAA), as well as state and local regulations. The position may include project management, program management of large portfolios of work, and/or management of environmental personnel. Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
